Get out of your head and into your heart

Episode Summary

In episode 37, I speak to Personal Growth Coach, Spiritual Mentor, Intuitive Energy Healer, Reiki Practitioner, Author, Speaker, and Infertility Advocate, Sarah Willoughby. Following a stressful corporate career and near-fatal experience trying to have her second child, Sarah is now passionate about guiding people to reconnect with themselves and love who they are. She is committed to empowering her clients to listen to their body, get out of their head and into their hearts to heal, be peaceful and transform their lives. This is a wonderful podcast you really don't want to miss.

Episode Notes

Originally from the UK, Sarah Willoughby has always been intrigued by what connects us and why we are here. Attaining an Honours Degree in Business Studies and Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, Sarah spent 10 years working in the corporate world and at a university. During this time Meditation and Mindfulness became increasingly important to cope with daily work stress and secondary infertility.

The defining  moment came for Sarah whilst trying to find a solution to her own infertility problems. After a life-threatening reaction to the drugs, which caused her body to start shutting down and almost take her life, she made a decision to transform her situation. So, in 2009 she emigrated to Australia with her family. She left the corporate world and began a new life and now Sarah is blessed to live by the beach on the Mornington Peninsula near Melbourne where she can be found enthusiastically writing her way around cafes, helping people to be their best version through Mentorship and Energy Healing, and spending time in nature with her children..

Sarah and I discuss some wonderfully simple and healing ways for everyone who listens to get out of their heads, into their hearts and transform their lives. Trust me when I say, this is a podcast and a conversation that will change your life.
